THE PROJECT
B Heights is the latest project undertaken by Bright City Developments. Transforming a 4,000 –Square Meter area to a vibrant community residing in 3 apartment clusters occupying 45 % of the total area. The project is a joint cooperation between Bright City Development and Misr Real Estate Asset Management, one of the oldest companies in the Egyptian business sector.
B Heights is a complex containing 3 residential buildings surrounded by a wall for the entire project area and contains 3 main entrances to the project and a private entrance for each residential building.
B-Heights is characterized by simplicity and healthy life in the context of an educated and homogeneous society, as the project provides a better daily life by providing a set of services that aim to create a distinctive community to achieve the values of calm and healthy life in the project.

B Heights is comprised of over 180 residential units made up of apartments, duplexes and penthouses designed to provide optimum use of space promoting a balanced lifestyle. The unit areas range from 99m2 to 290 m2, which are designed to ensure optimum utilization of daily life.
THE BRAND
The name B Heights, which means heights, was chosen as the project is located in one of the highest areas in Zahraa Maadi, in addition to expressing the presence of the project’s residents always at an altitude from the rest of the residents of the surrounding area, because the residential buildings surrounding the project are a match for ground and five floors
THE LOCATION
The B Heights project is located in the heart of Zahraa Al Maadi, one of the ancient Maadi suburb areas, which are characterized by being calm and elegant.
